We are Home!!!!

After a 5 days of fun in the sun, yesterday morning we packed everything and everyone up and headed home.  We had always planned on coming home on Thursday, but I had been questioning the decision because Jack was having so much fun.  Well, all that questioning went out the window when at bedtime on Wednesday night Jack said that he wanted to go home.

The week was wonderful (recap post coming as soon as I upload pictures).  They boys both had a great time and were well behaved (for the most part).  Xander decided to use vacation as his opportunity to learn a ton of new stuff (yet another post coming on that too).

Even though we had a great time, I think that we are all happy to be home.  There is nothing like sleeping in your own bed and taking a shower in your own bathroom.  We are going to take the weekend to relax and get back to our normal routine before we head back to work/daycare on Monday.  One thing is for certain though, I’m still on vacation and I refuse to wear real shoes until Monday.
